There are countless reasons to "train hard"... better health, better mood, stronger bodies, bigger muscles, to lose weight, to have fun... The list goes on and on!

Update
I've finally starting to see my strength coming back. I will start to add the P90X with my workout. Probably will take the schedule to the gym and follow it and then do the cardio workouts at home.
