Week 3 Day 17

I have always been a weightlifter minus the ab workout. So, I have no problem with the shoulder and arms workout. Ab ripper X is another story. Each time, I get anxious beforehand, but I am so elated at the small improvement and strength I've seen over the few weeks since starting back on the P90X. My doubt are becoming less and my hope is becoming stronger. Opportunity is on my doorstep! Yahoo!

Plyometric Week 3 day 16

I came home late from work. I was beginning to have second thought, when the inspiring phrase came to me like an epiphany, "Just Push Play!" So, I did just that! As soon as I started the workout, I was in the zone. I went through every move sweating and breathing so hard I thought my heart was going to burst out of my lung! I was afraid I might slip from the sweat pouring out of my pores and down to the floor. By the time I had finished the workout, I had burned 1050 calories! Wow! I felt great! I felt like I have captured a flag on the mountain! So Glad I push play!

Chest and Back

I am in my third week for the workout and I have lost 4 inches off my waist and 15 lbs. I look forward to another 5 by this coming Sunday.

Kenpo X

Kenpo X. Just a great and fun cardiovascular workout! 


I have been posting my workout on facebook and I am pleased that I have sparked interest in those who have been following my journey! I used these mediums to support and motivate me, but I am finding that while I am doing this for myself, I have motivated others as well. I am more determined than ever!! :)

Sunday workout

I am debating whether I should do Kenpo or one of Insanity workout in place. Kenpo is fun but I don't think it pushes me to the level I need. I need to feel like someone just kicked my ass.


If you have an advice, please drop me a suggestion(s). Oh, I lost 5 lbs.

Legs, back and Abripper X. I am not trying to exaggerate, but the P90X workout literally melts fat on the first week of workout! I have friends who are challenging me to prove them there is a change in 30 days! Pressure is on!!! How about you? What's your goal?
